I am a compassionate and non-judgemental therapist who is committed to creating a safe space where clients can process and make sense of complex and overwhelming experiences. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centred, culturally safe, supportive and responsive. My style is relational, warm and curious.
In my practice I draw on a range of modalities or therapeutic approaches, including sensory and somatic approaches, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, mindfulness, family systems, emotion focussed, narrative therapy and more.
My practice is informed by my experiences as a clinician/therapist, my lived experience of trauma, my work as a leader and my experiences as an academic/researcher. My practice is sensitive to the needs of people from different cultures or with different abilities.
Counselling provides a safe place to talk about anything that’s on your mind and unpack the physical feelings, sensations or symptoms, emotions, behaviours or thoughts that are holding you back.

I provide counselling in private practice, through a number of EAP providers and through NSW Victims Services. I am available online, Australia-wide.
