Research services

I am an academic and senior researcher with 20 years of experience conducting translational research, evaluations and quality improvement studies. I have worked across a range of settings, including universities, hospitals, government, community managed organisations and the not-for-profit sector. In particular, I bring experience supporting the implementation of evidence into practice in the health and social care sectors, including mental health, child protection, domestic and family violence, sexual violence, maternity care, children and youth, and child abuse sectors. I have authored approx. 100 peer reviewed publications, led 25 studies as the principal investigator, and mentored more than 200 students and multidisciplinary health and social care professionals undertaking translational research. I am an Adjunct Associate Professor with the Faculty of Health, University of Technology Sydney.
